Shuttles between Punta Cana airport and all nearby hotels run every day around the clock. The transfer shuttles are available to Uvero Alto, Punta Cana, and Bavaro. Tourists interested in the transfer bus service need to first notify a tour operator of their travel details, including hotel and flight information. From there, the operator will give instant confirmation and provide travel vouchers that act as tickets to ride the bus.

At the most, the service allows guests to bring one large and one small suitcase. Guests with a disproportionate amount of luggage need to contact the operator before arriving to make sure there will be room for their luggage on the bus. The bus shuttle service offers guests discount rates for infants, provided the infant does not require a seat of his or her own.

When booking, it is essential that guests know the flight numbers of their arriving and departing flights, as well as their landing times. In addition, guests need to provide the full name and address of their hotel. Unfortunately, the shuttle service cannot accommodate guests in wheelchairs.

What it does NOT include

The transfer shuttle package does not exclude any optional tips and gratuity charges or excessive luggage charges.
